Brents 1st day of Eating plan

I am very proud of myself and my eating today. I started my day off with 4 eggs cooked in olive oil with 2 oranges. Had all natural trail mix for snacks. For supper I had 2 turkey burgers with no bun w/ a little bbq suace and mustard, green beans, a grapefruit and a small handful of almonds. No soda except a little left in a 2 liter for dinner and drank green tea.
