What is a good diet for a 14 year old girl that weighs 183lbs and is 5,0 in height ? well most people would say Try Weight watchers but i think is not a very good thing 2 use if you are Allergic to most of the things.and my doctors says i am boarder lined 4 type 2 diabetes . any one have any advice 2 get from 183lbs to 130 at least???

Hello and welcome.
You've found a good place on the internet.
We are a very supportive community.
However, we are geared more to exercise than diet.
We do talk about diet, but not to the extent of some other forums.
over at Mark's Daily Apple deal with nutrition a great deal more.
Why not head over there
and introduce yourself.
I suggest you begin by cutting out sugar.
You can read books and join internet forums, but removing sugar will always be the first step.

WHO ARE ALL THESE PEOPLE PULLING UP OLD POSTS RANDOMLY AND PUTTING IN "News at 5" dieting and nutrition tips. What the hell is the point?

They are spammers or link farmers or something. When I see them, I tell the Admin (Kevin McKay) and he deletes their accounts. Don't bother replying. I get rid of them as fast as I can.
The post from shamila is in the same vein, but back in 2010, I, like you, couldn't figure out what such posts were about.
Both accounts have already been flagged to Kevin.
I know they're annoying as hell.
