I dont have much time to work out right now, because of exams and such but if i just ate healthy for a month and a half or two, is it possible to lose fat without working out?

I tried day 1 of the simplefit plan and it was easy to make and taste pretty good, do i get all the nutrients and vitamins, minerals my body needs from it?
