I think I'd feel dizzy if I were to workout just before my first food intake of the day, or would I adapt to that ?
The book I read didn't say much about workout issues, besides the fact that you are not supposed to change your workout scheme at the beginning of the IF diet.

It is amazing how counter intuitive this IF plan is. I always read you are supposed to eat a LOT at breakfast, less at lunch and almost nothing for dinner as it would build fat and mess with your sleep :)
But I am ready to change this belief system and experiment.
