I'm so-so on canned tuna, but I've developed quite a taste for sardines. Not to mention that sardines are only $.44/can where I buy groceries.
Is it OK to substitute sardines in place of tuna?

I think sardines are a great source of omega 3's. Also smaller short lived fish like sardines do not accumulate mercury and pcb's like the larger predatory fish like tuna, wish I liked them!

Sardines are better than tuna.
