Just thought I'd pass along a recipe for tuna burgers that I picked up from another forum. I usually cook these up the night before and take them along to work to include with my salad. Low fat, high protein and portable.

450 Grams of Tuna (I used canned in water drained)
1 Carrot Peeled and shredded
40 Grams of chopped onion (1/2 small onion)
20 Grams Chopped chives (I used 20 Grams fresh garlic)
125 ml Egg whites (3 large egg whites)
35 Grams dry bread crumbs (I used 35 Grams oat flour)

Mix all the ingredients together and form into four large patties. Place onto a baking sheet (sprayed with some fat free non stick spray) and grill until golden brown on both sides.

Per Burger:
200 cals
1.2 Grams Fat
12 Grams Carbs
33 Grams Protein

Thanks. That seems worth trying. You can also used canned salmon as well, for some variation.
