Does anyone have any info on how diet and certain foods/sugar/nutrients have on joint inflammation? Any info or input would be great. Thanks.

try removing
sugar
dairy
grains

try adding
fish oil

ice 20 min at a time

you can also reduce your workout frequency maybe 2 times a week
