Day 1
Breakfast 2 bolied eggs

small handfull of cashews

Nasty puck of a hamburger. Pile of tomato slices (about 2 tomatoes). Pile of lettuce. Watermelon slice. Half of a whole wheat bun, Not a lot to choose from at the elementary school bbq. But I am going to post the good, the bad and the ugly. And I have done worse!)

Great to see you posting here!

Try to get some veggies or a little fruit in with each meal.

I am not prepared with my routine nailed yet. I run a daycare out of my home. So if I dont have my meals and snacks prepared, I often am at the mercy of time. I'll get there. Thanks for the reply.
