This came up in in somebody's workout log so I thought I would post it here as well
Post workout I use this Jarrow unflavored whey ( any whey is fine I just trust the jarrow products for purity protein factory is supposed to be good and inexpensive ) blended with some fruit preferably something with more glucose than fructose so it goes into muscle glycogen stores instead of liver.

There is allot of debate regarding weather post exercise insulin spiking is healthy or if it is just a way to sell products
