Dried Fruits & Veggies

Alright. I went to the store and purchased lots of meats, fruits, and veggies. I was wondering what the general consensus was on dehydrating/drying fruits and veggies? Good, bad, indifferent? I figure it will last longer and is an easy way to snack on it throughout the day.

Depends on your goals, not great if you are trying to lose fat... when dehydrated fruit's become a very dense source of carbohydrates.

Frozen fruit is a good option to have fruit around all the time that will last.

If you have a dehydrator beef is a great option but not really fruit for fat loss.
