Berry diet
Eat 1 cup berries at each meal as your carb source.
Berries are well suited to this as they have extremely high nutrient density, they are very alkaline and have an good fructose to glucose ratio as well as tons of anti oxidants.
Here is how you do the berry diet:
each meal
1 good size piece of meat (palm of hand size) nothing breaded
GREEN salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing
1 cup berries ( 100% of your carbs should com from this)
I dropped 10 pounds in 3 weeks doing this.
If you want something that is extremely clear cut and will drop fat fast try this.
Looking for brave individuals to do this and document.

You do not need to do IF
Any of these veggies are fine plus an other not starchy green
green cabbage
mushrooms
cucumber
asperigus
zuchini
white onion
Bok choy
Cauliflower
Chard
Artichoke
broccoli
cabbage
spinich
asperagus
onions
zuchini
cauliflower
kale
I buy nice olive oil and good vinegar and mix it myself otherwise you may be getting trans fats. Bragg apple cider vinegar is very good for you if you like the taste, lemon is another option or any 0 carb vinegar.
Any type of protein is fine for any meal eggs fish chicken beef all good.
Any berry should be great especially blue berries.
Let me know if you have any other questions
