Day 1

I am not off to a very good start and would dearly have loved to not post here BUT that would kinda defeat the purpose of having a foodlog now wouldn't it!

Just to give you an idea of what I'm aiming for
2ltrs of water per day
4 small meals
roughly a 30, 30, 40 ratio
trying to avoid processed food as much as possible especially artificial sweeteners as I know for a fact that they make my thyroid swell

So here goes:-

2 coffees w. milk & 1 sugar
2 boiled eggs, 1 tspn mayo

Meal 2
homemade chilli mince
dorritos 25g
1/2 tomato
10g grated cheese
coffee w. milk 1 sugar

600ml water

Meal 3
6 clix crackers
1 tablespoon philly cheese dip

600ml water

160g scotch fillet
50g each of potato,pumpkin,carrot,broccoli,cauliflower,cabbage

According to my foodlogging program that equates to
calories 1617
carbs 140g
fat 69g
protein 108g
fibre 18grams
38% fat 27% protien 35%carbohydrate

Ok so obviously lots of room for improvement. It usually takes me 2-3 days to settle down into a healthy pattern.

Great work,

really try to squeeze in as much veggies as you can they will really help.

Meal 2
homemade beef stew

600ml water
Meal 3
8 chicken crimpy crackers

2 chops lean only
1 corn cobette
100g potato

600ml water
hot choc drink

1465 calories
154 gram carbs
53 gram fat
95 gram protien
18 grams fibre

32% fat, 26% protein, 42% carbs

A little better - need to clean up my 3rd meal of the day.

Coffee w. milk & sugar
beef stew, homemade

Meal 3
25g mixed nuts

Meal 4
80g each of potato, sweet potato, carrot & pumpkin 1/2 tablespoon oil
100g beef roast
1 hot choc

3 x 600mls of water

1544 calories
145grams carbs
67grams fat
97g protien
23g fibre

38% fat, 25% protien, 37% carb

tin sardines in tom. sauce

1/2 cup rice
homemade chicken stirfry

hot choc
2 squares of topdeck choc

3 x 600mls water

1512 cals
154 carbs
47 fat
101 protein
15 fibre

29% fat 28% protein 43% carbs
