Breakfast- 3/4 cp Oatmeal; Apple
Lunch- Cobb Salad(chicken,egg)
Protien shake, 3 Olives
Dinner- Ck Breast Salad

Breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled, protien shake, apple
Snack- Almonds
Lunch- Salad w/tomato , watermelon
Ab exercise; Stretching
Dinner- Ck Breast, broccoli

Starting out toady I knew I was not going to have a good eating day due to taking my wife out to lunch for her birthday, no an excuse, just lack of discpline.

Protien shake
Breakast- short on time another protien shake w/friut.
Lunch- too bad to list, Jamaican shrimp w/ pineapple and sm amount of rice, piece of coconut cheesecake(happy birthday)
Snack- almonds
Dinner-Another shake

Dinner- Mix veg., Pork chop

Snack- Grapes and turkey slice
Lunch- Salad w/ Tamato,cucumber & turkey
Snack- Almonds
Dinner- Steak w/ mushroom and mix veg.

careful with the oatmeal and raisins that is allot of carbs.

Log for 9/5; Jury duty all day not good eating.

Breakfast- Protien shake
No Snack
Lunch- Chief Salad w/ham; apple
No snack
Late dinner- Ck Salad, almonds,protien shake w/fruit


Breakfast- Sausage Omelette, 1 bacon
Snack- Almonds
Lunch- Protien shake w/friut, turkey slices
Snack- almonds
Dinner- Ck kabob

I have not, Iwas going to to but I couldn't find where my wife keep the sewing kit. I know ,no excuse . I will buy one tomorrow and get measurements.

Not the best day, got off of work this AM and striaght to class.

Breakfast-Banana, Almonds
Snack- Peach , Almonds
Lunch- Banana, Peach, Almonds
Protien shake w/friut
Dinner- Boca burger, Salad

Wow - I am in awe of your diet naples378! Very clean and consistant, you willpower (or is it won't power) is great!
