Breakfast- 3egg wh/1 wh egg scramble
Protien shake
Lunch- Peach, grapes almonds
Snack- 2 peanutbutter cookies :x
Dinner- Steak, Mix veg.

Not good today I felt this weak moment coming on and did nothing to stopp it. Will get back on track tommorow. this is going to be a tough week have a couple of birthdays , including my little girl. I will try my best. Thanks Aussiechic & Dinna for the comments. I read them after I had the cookies wish it would have been before.

Breakfast- 4 Scrambled Eggs (3 egg Wh,1 whole egg)
Snack- handfull of almonds
Lunch- Protien shake w/ fruit
Snack- almonds, apple
Dinner- Ck breast, green beans

Overall not a good eating day
Breakfast- 2 egg wh scramble, 3/4 cp oatmeal w raisin.
Snack- Almonds
Lunch- Proten shake w/fruit, apple
Snack- almonds, banana
Dinner- Steak, salad, corn on the cobb, cake :oops:

I am discontinuing my food log as I believe I am doing well and have established some good eating habits. Thank you for your support.
