So, I'm trying to get into the Simplefit/Paleo diet and breakfast seems to be the most difficult part for me. I'm running short on ideas. Anyone have any more suggestions for breakfasts, especially quick ones? I tend to do a lot of eggs, but you can't eat them every day.

whey fruit smoothies are good, I use 2 scoops jarrow whey a pack of organic frozen blue berries and a tsp of olive oil

fast easy and tastes great!

Here are some other smoothie recipes that you can adjust to your own liking ... egoryid=14

They also have some interesting recipes for breakfast casseroles and quiches that could probably be modified to be more inline with the paleo diet. Cook the night before and nuke in the morning.

Thanks guys. I've also been looking at some of the food logs for ideas. Some day I'll do that too.
