Starting a food log this time around.
Breakfast: Honey Bunches of Oats, 1 cup skim milk
Morning Snack: 1 1/2 cups of fresh fruit
Late Morning Snack: Handful of mixed nuts
Lunch: Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalitos (tortilla, chicken, lettuce, tomato, sweet bbq sauce)
Dinner: Chicken stir fry (lite soy sauce, ginger, garlic), mixed with green beans, snow peas, broccoli, celery, carrots. All over 1/2 cup of brown rice.
Late night snack: handful of Animal Crackers :-)
