You can do it man. You just need to make sure you stick with it. Small goals build on themselves. If you can do 3 weeks straight, you'll be more motivated to make sure you do the 4th, and 5th and so on. Don't break the chain. Just tell yourself that even if you've got a lot going on, all you need to do is carve out about 30 minutes 3 times a week.
