Hi Newbie with pot belly

Hi just starting out be primal for 2 weeks that going well :D been walking ,cycling, spuash, sprints, going to do bodyweight routine,just waiting for chinning bar :) do i need to do any abs work or does simplefit cover it ??? as i have a bit of a pot belly which i wish to lose and get my waist back :(
any help please

Spot training is a myth. You cannot target the fat on a specific area of the body. Doing sit-ups will strengthen your abs, but won't do any more to eliminate belly fat than any other exercise (assuming the same level of exertion).

The movements of SimpleFit will work your abs. Give it a try.

Yes i know i cant spot reduce , just my belly always looks bloated , not just fat, will give simplefit a go as well :D

i'm trying to live by volleyball_man's philosophy:

"Strength in the gym - abs in the kitchen"

you can work-out and exercise as much as you like, but if you don't eat correctly, you'll never loose the pouch. trust me - i know, 'cause i DON'T practice what i preach!!!
