Very cool stuff. I hate running on treadmills, so when I have to do a workout like CrossFit's Michael or Helen, I count to myself. ~10 steps is 1/10 of a mile, so I just start counting and as I near the goal I'll glance down at the distance meter so I don't run too far (wouldn't want that to happen
