I don't have a pull up bar and am looking for other bodyweight exercises I can sub without any bar. Also, if I do this and a bit of cardio is it really a total body workout?

I was thinking of incorporating some of these exercises but I dont know which ones are best and how many reps to do of each one. I am a beginner, probably can't even do one pull up yet (although have no bar and can't get one at the moment, not in my budget and won't fit correctly on the doors in my older house)
