I used to do SimpleFit, but fell off the wagon for a few reasons. I wanted to check back in because I'm starting up my efforts to get fit again, but I have something looming that I wanted some advice on: pregnancy. My husband and I are trying to start a family for the first time and at the same time, I've started back to exercising, this time with yoga, pull ups, and jogging. I wanted to know if anyone here has any knowledge of what kinds of exercises I can do when I'm pregnant, especially with the pull-up bar. Also, when I was doing simplefit before, I really don't think I tapped into the wide world of what's possible to do with a pull up bar. Does anyone have any advice on pre-pregnancy and pregnancy SimpleFit-ing?
