hey i know i just posted but i was reading the explination of work out and i dont understand the part about were it says
" Stay 1-2 repititions below failure, and do not train to fail"

you must determine what your maximum repitition of say the pull-up is. if you can do ten and on your 11th attempt you cannot get your chin over the bar, you would have failed on your 11th rep, so your max rep pull-up is 10. in other words, "not to train to failure" would mean you'll have to do 9 or 10 reps.

then why does it say on the exzmple to do 10 pull ups 21 push ups and 21 squats does it mena you need to work your way up to it or what

if the reps are more than your max rep, you should do the exercise in sets.
you can do for example 5 sets of 2 pull-ups, resting in between sets, to get to your 10. the same applies for push-ups and squats - if you can't do all 21 in one go, break the exercise up in sets.
there is no hard and fast rule here - you must do what your body allows you to do.
