Introductions.....

Hi Everybody,

I was going to wait until I'd ironed out all my goals and did my first workout so I could log it, but I'm just too excited to wait. So, hello. I'm in the process of moving so I will be starting on 8/31/09. I found the site through a crossfit thread, and I'm so glad I did. The workouts on here seem feasibly done in my near future. I am tremendously inspired by Crossfit. I eventually want to graduate to that level. It will probably take years, but I'm just ready to start working for my first pull-up!

I moved in on saturday, and am still un packing. I've filled my kitchen with healthy food and I'll be starting L1D1 tomorrow, and posting it on wednesday. Thanks for replying!

well I've started eating better thats it for now. Moving takes up more time than I realized. So I'm gonna shoot to start L1D1 today. Won't be until late in the day, but that's the plan. Thanks for the welcome Norman.

Great thing about this site is the level of knowledge you'll find. Ask a question and someone will know the answer. Also... this is such a portable workout. You can do it anywhere, any time. Hope you enjoy it.

I'm loving this program, and especially this community. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and welcoming. Really appreciated all the feedback, answered questions, and encouragement I've been getting. All this and I've only finished the first week!!!
