I have been thinking about writing a random workout generator which may also include more body weight exercises and wanted to know if anybody would be interested in something like that before I invest the time?
I think it might work like this
you would supply the max number of
that you can do in one minute and based on that it would create a random body weight workout specific to your abilities.
Also I am thinking that it might require the use of rings, but they are one of the single best pieces of exercise equipment you can have, can be used at home, and made yourself for almost no expense so I consider them consistent with the "open source" spirit of this site.
