Hello my name is rob and after a 2 year hiatus(?sp) i am back and as heavy or heavier as i was when i first began my quest to become healthy. today i am in the 240ish range :? At one point i had managed to hit 199 and completed a triathlon :shock: , but life got really busy, but that is no excuse. anyway i am back and shooting for 180 and want to compete in a few tri's again.
doubt i can do a pull up. :roll:
