Advice from shift workers

Hi folks...I work 3 graves a week, and two evenings and a day shift. On top of that, I have my own business that I squeeze in. Anyone have any advice on balancing a heavy/alternating workload with workout sessions?

I do my workouts while at work, thats why I love simplefit and that it doesnt take very long. Thats really the only advice I can think of. I tried doing p90x when I was working night shift but I just could not spend that long of a time working out. Was way to tired all the time.
