hello great forum im 32 year old new comer to this im been using the weights for about 4 months going 3xweek.ive been doing the same routine every time (boring)ive tried pull ups and cant even do one so i shyed away from it. it was great reading tips and things on here and has giving me insentive so many thanks everyone.
