Few Questions before I start workout routine

Postby teek22 » Fri Jun 10, 2011 9:24 pm

I have a feq questions before I begin to start the workout plan

Day 1:

I understand that in day 1 you want to do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. However should should you also rest between rounds? or are you expected to carry out the 20 minutes without any rest periods

Day 3:

I understand you are meant to do it for time, but for example if you are doing level 4 where the aim is:
20 pull-ups
41 push-ups
41 squats

Is it acceptable to do for example 10 pull ups, 20 push ups , 20 squats, 10 pull ups, 21, push ups and then 21 squats.
Or should I complete all the pull ups with required rest periods before moving onto the push ups?

Day 1: Rest as much as you like, but remember that increased rest = fewer rounds.
Day 3: Do all the pull-ups, then all the push-ups, then all the squats. Again, rest as much as you like, but remember that it will increase your time.

So, on level 7 day 3,
40 pull ups + 80 push ups + 80 squats
= 200 reps in 300 seconds (5mins)
= 1.5s / rep in perfect form, in order to level up :?

Anyone achieved this...yet?
