I have a feq questions before I begin to start the workout plan
I understand that in day 1 you want to do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. However should should you also rest between rounds? or are you expected to carry out the 20 minutes without any rest periods
I understand you are meant to do it for time, but for example if you are doing level 4 where the aim is:
Is it acceptable to do for example 10 pull ups, 20 push ups , 20 squats, 10 pull ups, 21, push ups and then 21 squats.
Or should I complete all the pull ups with required rest periods before moving onto the push ups?
