Hi all, I have created a google docs spreadsheet template to log my workouts, and made a template from it so others could use it too. You can find it here:https://docs.google.com/templates?q=simplefit
About its usage:
Each of the blue line at the bottom represents one week. As the week starts you enter your level, and then the top numbers automatically show you how much reps you have to do.
So you just need to fill in the blue lines.
