Hi! I'm new to the simple fit website and routine but I really like the way it gives me a goal to hit each workout.
I'm just a little confused as to how Day 3 works. For example Level 1 Day 3, am I supposed to do 10 pull ups one after the other and then take a break? Or if I get tired can I rest in between the set of 10? And once I finish the 10, 21, 21 do I do another rep if my time is under 30 minutes?
