Any recommendations for a stopwatch or timer software for the Palm? I found a few on freewarepalm.com and plan to try them, but wanted to know if someone uses a good one already.

I tried to download SimpleTick but am getting an error "OOPS page not found". Also, the domain for the tabata timer is not working.

For palm I found two I like so far, though none perfect.

BigClock http://www.bigclock.de/
Has up and down timer/stopwatch. Large start/stop button and display. Can also use up/down button to control. Great for D1 & D3.

TikTok http://www.freewarepalm.com/clock/tiktok.shtml
Has multiple timers on one screen. Good for D2. I set 5 up timers and then one down timer on the bottom. Then just started/stopped for each set, and reset the down timer for rest breaks.

There is also Parallel lap http://www.freewarepalm.com/clock/parallellap.shtml
Does laps really well, but only up timers. I guess it might be good for D2 also, but no alarm for the break times.

I used Parallel Lap last night for D2, and it worked really well. You can control the timer with the buttons, so all that was needed during the workout is to push the button a few times. Very easy.

I'll try and get in contact with the software creators and check links and get those tools back up asap!
