All you have to do is right click on the images and save them to your computer. Then you'd upload then to your web server. The code is just the BBCode for images and URLs.

Code: Select all

The site is growing at a very good rate, I wouldn't worry too much. You have very good content and that is what will grow this site. I know how difficult it is to build sites and you're doing great.

I'd consider adding a blog to the site, as that can help speed things up by becoming part of the fitness blog community.

I was thinking about adding a blog engine so you guys could have your own individual fitness blogs if interested or maybe a community blog that everybody could contribute to?

I think that would be overkill. However, adding a blog for news and information about new additions to the site, etc. would be good. Something that yourself and maybe 1 or two other members can access. You could also call out good topics or comments in the forums through the blog... this assumes the site grows exponentially where it is necessary to weed out the goodies into one place.

LOL since the site has only made 7 pennies today I will need to pursue less expensive options at this point :) but keep the ideas coming I love it.

You could try and get on some social bookmarking sites like Digg or Stumbleupon.

Yeah, I actually submitted to digg reddit and del.isio.us or waterer and did see some good traffic. I also added the "bookmark" hyperlinks to each page of the site so it would be easy for you guys to submit. This site will grow I know because the program works and it is free but I think it would be cool to see tons of traffic.

Cheers

Hello Kevin,
I would not worry too much, you are doing a fantastic job as it is, Simple Fit is fairly high on a Google search (how I found this place).
How about a face book group (or whatever the blog/social networking site of the week is)?
Some of the members could write a review on Epinions and the like (Dooyoo/Ciao).

Cheers,
Mike

P.S. The Workout logger is great, cheers for that. :)
