body weight exercise community
Background: I'm an underweight guy 6'1 135lbs and want to gain weight. This exercise program seems really neat and I enjoy the fact that it can be all done with just a pullup bar as extra equipment.
Question: I just don't know if this is going to build the muscle to gain weight or hinder my weight gain, and is geared towards weight loss. Any suggestions\thoughts? Thanks!

Muscle is heavier than fat. Doesn't look like you have much fat to lose so you should gain weight as you build muscle.
I used to work out using the Stronglifts site and their advise for hard gainers was GOMAD which stood for drink a gallon of milk a day. People said it worked, I don't know as my problem was burn the Fat.
