when to move up

hi,
My name is Janine and i am currently doing the workout. I am at level 6 and i can complete the first series of level 6 and the third series of level 6 but i cannot accomplish the second series in the 5 minutes specified. Can i move up to the 7th level or do i have to stay at the 6th level until i am able to complete all series of level 6.
Please advise

Just use your own discretion but slow and steady wins the race.
