Workout names?

Post by Admin » Wed May 09, 2007 9:54 am

I have been thinking out adding more interesting names to the workouts day1-3 is a little boring what do you think?

I like the idea. I've always found the Crossfit names for workouts appealing. Having said that, I have no idea what names you should use, so you're on your own.

Hey

I must say that crossfit's idea is good: women's names are beautiful. Somehow one just can't hate a workout that has a women's name. So one might just issue other women to the days. Perhaps instead of all English names some names from other countries?

On the other hand, as Cipe and ryan lead to understand, some workouts are killers. So one other option is to associate some more significant names. Greek mythology, Egypthian mythology, Asian History and etc are full of beings (both real and myth) that are remembered for their nature. Their violent or difficult nature.

Just my couple cents
