Workout log getting a ... workout! (and new features)

After being released almost a month ago, there are almost 700 entries in the workout log! Even better, approximately 20 new entries are put into the workout log a DAY! Roughly translated, at least 25-30 people are actively using it.
I'm not only impressed, but thrilled! I'm glad it has worked out for so many individuals, especially the lurkers who don't post in the 'workout log' forum.

New version should go live some time this weekend(depending on when Kevin gets my email), but the Workout Log has been updated with some fixes:
- Hover over the 'x' when displaying the complete log and it now gives you the textbox "Delete Entry"
- Solved the issue of anonymous submissions to the database once and for all
- Removed the username (shown in parenthesis next to the heading WORKOUT LOG) if you are not logged in
- Security additions to form input
----- Verifications:
----------Round input is a number between 1 and 999 only
----------Minute input is a number between 1 and 99 only
----------Seconds input is empty, 0, 00, or a number between 1 and 59
- Display errors on incorrect input or when submitting something anonymously by accident

As of today, adjusted the behaviour of workoutlog when you click 'display complete log'.
Long story short, it will display instantly for you rather than reload the whole page. This should not only improve server performance, but will allow those of you on slow connections (aussiechick) to avoid reloading the flash charts when you want to see your complete log.

And no, its not perfect... not using AJAX (yet)... not good enough yet. But hey, I can have goals. :)
