Simplefit for your brain

I will be setting up a "go" server which is my new addiction, it is one of the oldest games in the world and IMHO puts chess on its ass. It is the one of the only games that computers still cannot beat people at and is considered both a martial art (yes there is a belt system" and art form in Asia. I first heard about it from my Korean uncles who are black belts.

I've been looking to learn this game for a long time. I sometimes feel that when you start concentrating on your body, your mind gets left out, and it might be your most powerful ally. I'll be on to check it out!
