I apologize for poor picture quality.
Not exactly a dramatic change, but a change nonetheless. What is not apparent is the improved muscle tone around my chest and arms and face. I feel better about myself and more confident. Best part is, I have stuck with this program longer than any other workout so far, and will continue to stick with it. I feel an all over fitness that makes me want to do the workout every day, and has gotten me excited about fitness for the first time in my life.
