Found out about it in reddit, here's the challenge :

A cool dynamic workout generation tool, based on your current performances :

Comprises swimming, running, push-ups, situps and pullups.

Hmmm this has to be some kind of recruitment thing in disguise, right ?
Anyway, the fitness part sounds interesting.

My brother, being a former SEAL, swears by the training routine for the Navy Seals and actually knocked my progress as 'too slow.'
I won't disagree that there is something to their training, but what I could never convince him of is that the Navy Seals are just like Celebrity Training: Your job is to get fit, and everything, from diet, to workout, to physical therapy are all strictly controlled. This is not the same thing as Simplefit, fitting into a life that is affected by many other influences, habits, and options.

They sure need to be fit, so I guess there are lessons to be learnt.

But still, situps sound funny to me. And long distance running also, it appears interval training is better from what I have read here and on Arthur de Vany's site ( another great site by the way :

And I like the simplefit's variety.

The seals are using allot of crossfit stuff now.
