Hi, I'm Hadzo and I'm 18.. I just was referenced to this site on another site.. I like the concept, working out at home without 2 much equipment..

Here's a few pics of my problem areas.. Thats pretty much the stomach.. I would like to set up a workout so I can focus on developing my whole body, but in a definition kind of way, not bulky .. I have a 10 kg ( 22 pounds ) dumbell i will use for biceps and triceps.. I do standard crunches for my abs, as well as push ups for my chest..

I would like to get rid of my fat, and I'm working on my diet.. I've cut bread out completely, and I'm eating a variation of the zone diet..

Well, here r the pics.. All tips greatly apreciated..

What tips are you waiting for? Jump in and start the WOD.

If you follow the Simplefit program you can pretty much junk the tricep/bicep work. All those push-ups and pull-ups will automatically make your arms grow.

Yeah, just doing the regular routine you will get what you are looking for.
