Hi, I'm Hadzo and I'm 18.. I just was referenced to this site on another site.. I like the concept, working out at home without 2 much equipment..
Here's a few pics of my problem areas.. Thats pretty much the stomach.. I would like to set up a workout so I can focus on developing my whole body, but in a definition kind of way, not bulky .. I have a 10 kg ( 22 pounds ) dumbell i will use for biceps and triceps.. I do standard crunches for my abs, as well as push ups for my chest..
I would like to get rid of my fat, and I'm working on my diet.. I've cut bread out completely, and I'm eating a variation of the zone diet..
