Decided to give this a try so I could prepare for boot camp. I've never been in particularly good shape but I don't have much choice now :twisted:
Current stats are:
Level 1 Day 1: 23 Rounds. I'm worried about the pull-ups because I had to do the substitution and didn't really feel like I was getting much out of it (leads me to believe I was doing it wrong.). Any suggestions on getting quickly up to speed on pull-ups or on a better substitution than the body rows?
