Been bouncing around hotel rooms for a couple weeks... plus I got sick and it killed my rhythm.
So, I just jumped back in where I left off, Level 3 Day 2. Didn't time it, but I changed my push-up form to pull my hands in a bit closer to my chest and really focused on keeping my core tight which really crushed my ability. The 5th set of push-ups didn't quite happen correctly.
I'll be stable for a month here, so hopefully I can beat Level 3 in the next few weeks.
