Have not worked out consistently in while due to time constraints. Came upon simplefit last week and going to give it a run and see what happens. Started last week and my reults were:

Week 1:
D1L1: 31 rounds in 20 minutes
D2L1: Had it saved on phone and lost
D3L1: 2:27

Week 2:

L2D1: 30 rounds in 20 minutes
