Deskjockey freelancer here, doing no exercise at all but snowboarding 1 day a week during winter season for the last few years. Don't know my weight and height, but that doesn't matter anyway. My goal is to build up stamina to ride for longer once the season comes and lose my belly on the way if possible.
Didn't log my first week (level 1), probably pretty bad. Maybe 1 real pullup per session tops.
L1D1: 14 rounds - half and half real pullups and jump started pullups.
L1D2: 7:26
L1D3: 5:00 - Pullups were all over the place. Pushups were 11-10. I threw in extra squats because I was under 5 minutes and they are too easy for me anyway.
L2D1: 18 - Boy was I sweating after this one. I started with a goal of 20 but could not make it. Mostly real pullups
L2D2: 5:49 - Only my last pullup was a jump-pullup

I think it's coming up nicely, let's see for how long I can stick to doing this!
