Well today I start with my simple fit proper. I've also started the primal blueprint so lets see how it works out!

First Goal 95Kg
Second Goal 85Kg

Well, it's been sometime, and really I only have myself to blame to falling into laziness. But i could to a degree, blame my job as a lack of exercise and commitment.
Anyway, long sotry short, I've actually stayed to same weight more or less since the begining of the year, and now iots time for me to commit. I am no longer travelling around on aeroplanes or sitting in airports or sitting in hirecars so i can build up a regular routine. Watch out for the next post!

I also suggest you, as for the rest days between workout days, do some high intensity interval training. It don't have to be anythhing complex. This one will be great for you on your current level http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7w6M4bOXJ_s
