I start from level 3 this week.I try level 2 last week and i did the last workout about 3 minutes so i think i can go to level 3.ok?

Today i didnt have time and i did 3 day from level 3.I did it 5 minutes but i used chin ups,so i have to do it less than 5 minutes with pull ups.?

I think it's up to you, just be consistent going through the rest of the workouts.

Personally for day 1 and 2 I alternate pullups/chinups for the rounds.
On day 3, I do as many pullups as i can without dropping, take a short break, then switch to chinups...alternating until i hit the number.
