Decided to commit to a workout program. Currently not in great shape.
(190 lb, 6'2", and probably 25% bf)
Progress so far:
L1D1: 7 rounds
L1D2: 21 m
L1D3: 21 m
The pullups are the hardest by far. I can only do 2-3 (non-assisted) in a row and I need a lot of rest between sets. I also still feel tired in those muscles when working on only one rest day since the last workout.
Here's for me sticking to this program!
