Level 8 {week3}
Went to regular good form pushups this week
Day 1 (Oct. 03) - 18 reps, similar timing to last week
Day 2 (Oct. 05) - Untimed
Day 3 (Oct. 07) - 10:05, but didn't perform the squats

regular good form pushups this week
Day 1 (Oct. 10) - 20 reps, did a set then rested until that minute was up.
Day 2 (Oct. 12) - Untimed
Day 3 (Oct. 14) - 11:27, pullups in sets of 10, pushups in sets of 25, squats in sets of 50
