I found this about a month ago. I thought I was in pretty good shape having completed Enter the Kettlebell with a 24kg bell. This included doing 100 snatches in 5 min and all the other steps. I just did simple fit L4 D3 in 4:54 and it really smoked me! I look forward to conquering L5 soon. I love the simplicity and lack of gimmicks. I will recommend this program to people I know.
I just did L5, D3. It took 8:30. I look back to L4 and see my first D3 attempt was 7:50. I really like the log feature, i can see at a glance that progress is inevitable as long as I am patient. I seem pretty inept at kipping, like a lack of rythym or timing is the issue.
